I don't know if this could work for you, but I'm showing what we've done just in case with our Host. The table fits on the existing table track. I've also added a magazine/tablet/phone rack. DW added a triangle piece of foam (gutter foam) behind the cushions at the bottom which gives a bit more back support.
we do the same thing with our adventurer 910fbs, but it's a u shaped dinette, so it's like having a u shaped couch right when you walk in. - jimh406Explorer III

We are currently on our fourth camping trip with this new unit & while the table is nice I am really missing having a comfortable place to sit. We have even talked with the factory about removing the couch and installing a rollover lounge, and while it is possible, the cost does make us think twice about it. May just go buy a lottery ticket and "when we win" will order an Arctic Fox built to suit us, which also would include a different kitchen sink by the way.

.......But like I said seems the Host are fairly light compare to some of the others like the Lance double slides?.....
If you are going by the weight on the Host website that is WITHOUT the slides, even the ones that are "required options" (an oxymoron I know, but those are Host's words)
Well that sucks then, because that was a big selling point to me.
How much should the triple slide & optioned out weigh in at then?
Yeah, that's what they are hoping, that people won't notice. I optioned out a 2015 Everest with most options and it came in at 4765 dry - Blanco1Explorer

I ordered the Lance 1172, 2 pop outs (rear and driver side),side entry, priced well, multiple seating areas and a dry bath. I sat in the Host campers and really preferred the Lance model over them, even the Host's were about 15-20k more.
Wow!!!
Are they really that much more expensive!?!?!?!
