What's your guess?
A friend with a 1/2 ton is set on getting a camper. He found a manufacturer that lists the camper at 1300 lbs dry weight. What's all your guesses what it really weighs?

As others have said, it depends on the manufacturer and whether they have a disclaimer or not. It's possible it is 1300, so without any other info, I'd guess 1300 plus or minus 5%.
