Wheel Bearings on a 7 year old pop-up - Shuld I?

I had my 2008 Starcraft OFF-ROAD TRAILER done around the 4 year mark. They looked perfect then. I always feel the hubs when on the road when we make stops along the way. Never got hot on me...

One of my wheels gets inspected every year for play when I get the INSPECTION STICKER put on.

If you do it yourself or have it done be sure to NOT to get any grease on the electric brake assembly. Pretty close quarters there...
