I found the Video it was under Safety/Traing on their site. The Alcoa wheel has a higher failure point then the foreign wheel tested. The steel wheel bends in the test. This video does demonstrate one of the major differences in steel vs aluminum wheels. When a steel wheel fails it is likely to deform, when aluminum fails it is catastrophic.

I think you failed to mention how the Alcoa withstood greater pressure than the steel wheel before failing.
The Alcoas that are forged don't have any hollowed places on the back of the wheel like behind the spokes sometimes between spokes or face design. Also a forged wheel will have a very distinct impressive high pitch ring to it when tapped with a screw driver handle. Cast will have a lower pitch slightly dull sound. Some wheels you can easily see the casting marks or sandy textured surface on the back side inside the hollows or other surface.
