We have used 19.5" Rickson forged alum wheels matched with "H" rated (5000 lbs) Dunlop tires for 100,000 miles on a SWR rig (due to NPS rules for Assateague Island , we have 16" Nitto Dune Grapplers for OVS use). The 19.5"s have been successful for highway travel but since NPS has OK'ed duallys for the beach, I would go for duallys now for extra safety. I'm still a Rickson fan due to quality and Dan's engineering skill. An RV common problem is that tires tend to wear more on time than tread` wear ie. the tread is still deep but sidewall cracking evidences dry rot after 6 or so years.
