When did dodge start installing air bags from factory?

I have been surfing the net for a used dodge 1500. I want one with the air ride. So what year did they start installing them at the factory? Thanks PS Don't tell anyone that I'm retired For...

2015 was the first year for the RAM 3500's to have the Factory Rear air Ride as an option. The actual cost is a touch over $1,350.
