When do you want or need a WDH and/or brake controller?

If a full sized pickup can't keep a 3,800 pound trailer behind it, I do not want the pickup or the trailer. To rely on a hitch to control that load is not overkill, it is a waste of time, money, and effort. 6,000 pounds and 25'? Probably not a terrible idea.
