As has been said, you need a brake controller.
That trailer will have a 460lb tongue weight when loaded to its GVWR (12.5% of the GVWR). Its going to be hard to find a WD hitch that lite. I would just tow it as is and see how it does. I believe the F150 comes with built in trailer sway controller as standard, even without a tow pkg (my Explorer does). At the very least you could add a friction sway bar.
