When does a Pickup become a " Historical Vehicle"?

Saw this the other day. It is a F100 Traytop( image quality is not that good) but it had " historical vehicle" plates, by expanding the photo you can see them. What is your definition of an historic...

That truck is like 50 years old. I think it should qualify. Model A cars are 100 years old. That's ancient history. Didn't the Egyptians drive model A s.
