I just sold my 17 year old Nash a couple weeks ago. It was great for my wife and I. It worked for my wife, my daughter and I. Its just too small for my wife, my daughter, my son and I. That is the only reason we sold it, because we needed more sleeping space and my wife wanted a slide so we had more indoor space for the kiddo's on wet days or really hot days.
I think the best answer is... when your needs change or your budget and desires allow.
