Where are all the Truck Campers ?

Took a scenic route 850 mi. to Columbus,Oh. from the Hudson Valley of N.Y., for my daughters graduation. Along the way saw roughly 8 TT's ,2 dozen MH's, 2 dozen 5th wheels, but not one single TC. Usually about, 10 % of the RV's I see are TC's.Guess their all waiting for the weekend to hit the road,or their where they want to be all-ready.Love this TC life,just Turtleing along. Happy trails.

    Last month I saw 3 or 4 when I came back from the East Coast to Ar..After being here a week or so I must have seen 8 or more passing through...I guess we are out there somewhere..I am headed out next week if the weather clears and head north for a couple of weeks...happy traveling..

    I wonder how many TC's there are in existence ? I can buy a new class c Motorhome for the price of a F350. Not that many people have need for the capabilities of a TC, vs the disadvantages .

    They're all parked out in the woods or at the lake where their owners are fishing like I plan to do at Lake Powell in Utah starting Sunday. It's that time of year, don't cha know.

    Last sunday heading home from San Miguel south
    on the 101 I seen 6 heading north so I guess there all
    in C.A. :)
