Brisk and very dry...son got all excited when he seen this & was ready to pack his pole and drive up- picture is deceiving
Lake is all but empty.
Hiking around lake was eerie and somber. From the shoreline here to the water is a 15 minute walk. Usually a boat or 2 inside this finger.
Still a good trip. Think there was maybe 6 other folks camped. Second night we got some rain. Nice, been a while since we've heard it tinkle of our roof.
