Where can I find the vehicle ID number on a ledger trailer

I have been given a older Ledger travel trailer that was abandoned on my brother-in-law's property. I do not have a title so I have to go through the legal system to gain legal ownership of the traile...

Never heard of the brand, and you don't say what State you're in. Rules are different from one place to another! Generally, and if you're trying to get it on the road, my advice is to go to your local DMV and ask about how to Title abandoned vehicles. Most States have a process for that.
