Yes the tag is still on the trailer. I know the trailer does not look like much from the photo but most of that is just dirt and it will clean up pretty well with a good wash job. I was shocked when I looked inside. No water leaks, very little trim damage and just a few bugs and dirt. The inside can be cleaned up real well also. Everything seems to work Okay. Carpet in good condition with no stains indicating leaks or spills. There is a burn spot on the vinyl floor in kitchen but not a large amount of damage. No rodent droppings or damage anywhere I can find. I was expecting to have to gut the trailer and go back with all new stuff. Not the case here. I will look for hidden damage but so far have not found any. I am fixing to retire so this will be a good little project for me. I am pretty handy and can fix probably any of the stuff that is wrong from heating, water, air, and electric. Labor charges will be free so I just need the material. Starting with a $0.00 cost I can afford to drop a few bucks into it and not get upside down in it. I was surprised, whoever owned it took real good care of it. Looks like they parked it there, set it up and walked away from it. Thank you for your help and suggestions. I will look on the frame and tung for the vin number along with all the other places you suggested. All the info on this thread has been a big help and I thank each of you for your input. Any other help or suggestions you can offer will be greatly appreciated.
