You can force the hinge pins out though whether they will survive an R&R cycle is questionable - depends on how old and sun cooked they are. Try to push then out rather than pull them. An alternative if the dome has to come off is to remove the screws securing the hinge to the dome - it is sandwiched between two pieces that are screwed through it. This has a lot less chance of breakage.
Dometic USA can order the parts, but be prepared to pay a lot and wait a long time. If you get on ebay.uk or ebay.de you will find people selling parts, I have found that ordering them that way costs less, and takes less time to get, the Dometic USA.
