Currently, I store my Camper on the driveway, but I am thinking of buying a small factory unit to store all my Goodies, maybe set it up as a workshop, with a dedicated blokes/men's area, pool table, dart board, Sorta home away from home.What do you think, or what do you do?

Currently in the driveway. By this winter, the plan is to have one of those metal car ports up for more protection from the elements located just off the drive way.

I added two covered bays to my shop building and store my Class A and my Lance camper.My Dad did not believe in keeping things outside uncovered. I am trying to follow his teaching and passing that philosophy down to my son and grandsons.Various areas of the country have differing environments and therefore different reasons for protecting your goods.

I store mine outside in the HOA storage yard or at my father's yard.Advantage of the storage yard is no trees to worry about and it is 3 minutes from my house so I can be on the road in under an hour. Disadvantage is there are 400+ people with access and some bloke can back into it.My father's place has trees to worry about, isn't protected by a gate, and is 40 minutes each way. Big advantage though is it has power, water, and dump location.But preferred location would be in a warmed building with full hookups. Just waiting on retirement so I can move where I can have enough land.

I'm in the process of putting up a metal building to allow storage on/off the truck. We seem to leave the camper on the truck for weeks at a time and keeping both brand new truck/camper sitting in the relentless sun doesn't interest me. Spending almost half the cost of the camper on a building is dumb by some standards, but I figure that the camper will last us many more years if we take good care of it, along with better resale if we decide to upgrade.

I started off with enclosed side walls but ended up closing in one end later. Way too much wind sway with only the side walls closed. I could watch the thing sway from side to side way too much. Closing in the back end made a rock solid enclosure.

48 x 60 Pole barn I built several years ago. I am so glad I put a 12ft door on one end. The camper just fits if I drop the air bags down to 5 psi before backing it all in.

That would be pretty neat, sit in the TC while you milk the cows.

I built a 16X40X14' tall pavilion with 5' side walls on three sides of the building that extent down from the truss. This way I can park both the camper and truck inside. The reason I leave it open is because my wife and I sleep in the TC from the 1st of May till the middle of October. We live in a valley, surrounded by hills and trees, with no neighbors, so being out there feels so much like camping our in the wilderness. Besides that, we love our camper. I call the shelter, my Fox Pavilion.

I store it right here, next to my woodshop... I love having it so close and and hooked up to utilities as an "overflow" guest house. I also sometimes camp in my own driveway in it.
