I'm in the process of putting up a metal building to allow storage on/off the truck. We seem to leave the camper on the truck for weeks at a time and keeping both brand new truck/camper sitting in the relentless sun doesn't interest me. Spending almost half the cost of the camper on a building is dumb by some standards, but I figure that the camper will last us many more years if we take good care of it, along with better resale if we decide to upgrade.
