It DOESN'T stay "balanced", it is impossible without an extra wheel like a tripod.
YOU become PART OF THE "balance" system which makes them pretty darn dangerous.
YOU also become the "BRAKES".
YOU also become the "power steering".
YOU will be pretty tired after wrestling that trailer about your yard.
Yeah thats what I was thinking, I'd prefer a device that can completely balance the trailer without me holding up or having to crank the leg down if I need to walk away from it.
Lets say to go to the back & take a look as to how close I am to the wall or fence or maybe suddenly need to go to the bathroom or whatever it maybe.
