Don't even try moving a 30' TT with your riding mower. Tongue weight on my 30' TT is over 1000 lbs and would be way too much for it. You'll either break the rider or you could get seriously hurt. I have a Compact tractor, a 36HP LS XR3037HC and built my own 3 point hitch trailer mover which would be a perfect solution for you but didn't mention it because not many people on here may have them.
Do an online search for electric trailer mover. I saw many very capable battery operated units online in the $250-600 range.
