I second this.
Quality is of Grand Design trailers is honestly the same as every other trailer/camper/RV I have experienced. Its no better or worse and most of the items are plug and play. (They just assemble it all)
It's how they handle the issues that arise and communicate directly with the customer that I find so wonderful.
The rest comes down to your dealer and there are more bad than good service departments. Beware!
It also may help to spend a little more upfront. Base construction is important if you use your camper a lot. Meaning a full aluminum frame and fiberglass exterior will likely hold up better in the long run, and hold its value better.
