Interesting. So a forum member pm'd me asking what I thought about the Cougar Xlite line of trailers. I didn't think anything, since they were like any other traditional built travel trailer so I wasn't interested, but I HAD to look.
So, yes it is a Keystone make, so take care, but I was pleasantly surprised. Let me "splain"... 2" thick insulated aluminum tubing walls vs. much thinner industry standard. Welded aluminum tubing framing inside, under bed, etc. Gel coat exterior, (yes Filon), heated underside, etc. So maybe the Cougar division gets to do their own thing in terms of design and quality? Anyhow, if you are looking, take a look at this one, you can get the table/chairs in place of the dinette, and the separate bath is a real winner. Counter space, well not so much.
