Was talking to the commercial truck guy at a ram dealer and he said they recommend using mopar brand def fluid in the cummins hd diesel.true or false.

While I just buy what ever def fluid I need where ever... I have a friend that tops up his with pure distilled every other half tank... He's had no problems either.
