Which brand of def fluid.
Was talking to the commercial truck guy at a ram dealer and he said they recommend using mopar brand def fluid in the cummins hd diesel.true or false.

I walk in the automotive entrance at Walmart within 50' is the Peak DEF pick up one 2.5G carton, turn around to the Automotive checkout pay, they then buss the door open, go to truck empty carton, break down box place into WM's trash container.
I do this when the gauge is at 1/4 that way I know the whole 2.5G will fit.
I will be heading this week from SoCal to MorRyde in Indiana and will carry an extra 2.5 plus a full tank.
I usually fill my Diesel tank at truck stops, I may give the DEF a try if the conditions look good at a truck stop soon.
