The only thing contaiminated Def will do is maybe clog the injector that's it! No more of a concern then the fuel you buy!
The DEF is injected on the front side of the dpf not in the engine! The pumps at all stations have filters on them just like the fuel pumps do.
Man we do have a bunch of chicken littles on here.

Says the man with a truck that's ~1 year old and maybe ~20k miles.
My truck is 4 years old with 93k miles and not a single DEF related issue to date.
Yep one year and five months with 26,000 miles so what is your point Troy?
The tank has been filled three times, all at the same Flying-J on I-280 & 80/90. Once when new (dealer repaid me) and the other two @ the 10,000 & 20,000 mile mark with the oil & filter changes. Never once have I seen the pump all crusted up like some others clam nor are the lanes filthy. The one morning they had their scrubber machine cleaning all of the fuel lanes. Maybe some of you need to find better truck stops lol!
If there was any issues with these stations don't you think REAL truckers would be having problems? He!! they buy 50 gallons at a time! Creep around the truckers forums and report back how many are having DEF issues Troy, or you guys can keep posting that the sky is falling!
Some of you are just too funny!
