Which brand of def fluid.
Was talking to the commercial truck guy at a ram dealer and he said they recommend using mopar brand def fluid in the cummins hd diesel.true or false.

I wondered about this scenario too, but never saw any in the clear type jugs. Having said that the crystals themselves don't concern me.
In addition I use the Ford brand spout that prevents overfill spillage and the instructions say to rinse spout after use to prevent crystal formation and store in the clean zip lock bag.
