Research owners' forums to get an idea of satisfaction. I did that and went with Heartland BigHorn over Keystone Montana. This has been the best RV we've owned, out of 7. As has been stated before, the dealer is extremely important. You can travel a long way to get a good price, but then find a local dealer won't be so happy to service you. Buy local if you can after researching dealers too.
