Everything said here is spot on in my opinion. Quality is a relative term. Most people will have some idea of what they call quality. And I really think that most manufacturers build their coaches targeting a specific group of persons and they build them the best they can with a cost factor based on the targeted group. I don't really think there is any "recreational", meaning "just for fun" coach built that is quality first and let the cost land where it may. Maybe Bigfoot...and they hit $55,000.00 for a 24' coach. Sometimes you need to look a little deeper to see quality. Not sure if I would say most, but many aluminum framed travel trailers have 1-1/2" inch walls. My Creek Side has 2" walls. Little sturdier and better insulation. Some have 4 wall aluminum but wood trusses in the ceiling(like my Creek Side). Some have two walls aluminum, wood front and back and aluminum trusses in the ceiling. My sister-in-law purchased something called a Cricket Tent type trailer with a pop up that she says is no holds barred quality and it's $25,000.00 for a tent trailer! With 12 gallons of fresh water storage and no fridge! You can have all the quality and durability you want but I don't think that is getting your moneys worth. That is what it all comes down to for me. What are you willing to put up with (lack of quality-wise) for the money you invest for the features you want.........my opinion anyways.
