That's kind of odd. Same size should have the same load rating.
I just looked up some representative tires and the only difference I could find in LT245/75R16 E was the 3042 vs 3086 which I believe is simply the difference between. TRA and ETRTO rating system. I believe they are in the process of harmonizing the two systems and right now you see a slight differential based on the different air pressure charts. It doesn't really mean anything. It's just an artifact.
