Looking at the Statement: "8,000 pounds unladen or exceed the manufacturer's GVWR of 11,500 "
This is an OR function not and AND function. So does this mean that if the truck does not exceed 11,500 then it's OK?
If this 8000Ib max is true then you would hardly see an F250 or F350 on the road in CA?
