Which jack to change tire on 2018 Starcraft Satellite 17RB

I would recommend a scissor jack as it will provide you with more options. You can use it under the spring perch because it collapses to only a few inches or under the chassis frame. One jack does both. If you choose a bottle jack a flat tire drops the axle sometimes only a few inches off the ground depending on your location (soil) and tire rim size.A bottle jack may be hard to fit underneath and might be a little wobbly.
