KZ offers a 24-month warranty for some of their lines. But my experience thus far has concluded that the reason it is 24 months is because it takes twice as long to accomplish a warranty repair (waiting on parts), so in affect it may as well be a 12-month warranty. This is according to my dealer. Not flaming the brand - just stating facts.
I have yet to escalate any issues up to KZ, so I'm taking the dealership's word for now. Allegedly, Thor's acquisition of KZ has resulted in JIT production, not facilitating dealer requests for warranty parts.
Sounds like a supply-chain issue to me. Regardless, there's definitely room for improvement.
