The only thing worse than no warranty is warranty. The dealers are totally incompetent. They will not fix the problems. They will then create more problems on the way in and the way out. They are the scum of the earth!

This may be the sad truth. While one would think a 2-year warranty is indicative of the quality the manufacturer will stand behind (I did), coming back multiple times for the same issue leads me to believe it's a dealer issue. I have looked them straight in the eye, after I have walked them through the logical process laying out my displeasure, and the last recourse they can give me (after blaming KZ parts...) is "good help is hard to find."
Another KZ dealership is not an option, as it is 200+ miles away. I bought this camper in June, and have been on the verge of losing multiple weekends of camping this past summer waiting for repairs.
Admittedly, I have re-caged my expectations after thoroughly reviewing the plight of RV owners as a whole through this and other forums. At the end of the day, it's still a good value for what I wanted, and has otherwise served us well. Coming from boating my entire life, this is all still surprisingly "inexpensive." (ie - my 28' cruiser was 4x the cost of my 29' TT!)
