I'm not convinced that this is accurate. I'm on the Jayco owners forum. Everyone who has dealt with dealer issue, to a tee says that when they talk to Jayco, you can take it to any Jayco dealer for warranty. It's the dealer's that often won't service what they didn't sell. The RV industry doesn't have the same policies that the auto industry has when it comes to warranty service.
