Outdoor RV has a 1 year bump-to-bumper, 2 year body structure, and 3-year chassis warranty. I have had all warranty work done at a dealer that was not the selling dealer, and usually its next-day turnaround.
I currently have a problem with the Lipper Swhintek slide system, and ORV will be transporting the trailer back to the factory to rebuild the Schwintek system, as this requires removing the main slide room.
I had a 30' Jayco previosuly, and will never buy another Jayco product. Their warranty is essentially worthless. I had several major structural problems, one being a buckled wall which they fixed after several months, and the others being a sagging frame and a water tank that tore out the sub-floor. Jayco basically ignored warranty requests on those repairs. I ended up rebuilding the floor myself. The sagging frame was never fixed. I think in the first year, it spent ~8 months at the dealer for warranty work.
