Which maker has some of the best/longest Warranty Offers???

I don't understand why Jayco turned you down. When the first year of my warranty they replaced the front cap and complete roof due to an a/c unit that wasn't properly tightened down during manufacturing. Then almost 2 yr. latter (and after the warranty had ended ) they replaced the complete floor assembly and one complete wall. I wonder why the difference in attitude.
