We haven't had many problems with our Passport and overall quality has been pretty good in my opinion.
We went with the 2910 four years ago because of the quad bunks, u shaped dinnette and the deep slide. I don't know when they started with the 2920 but it appears they took our model and instead of getting a folding bunk with the bike door you know get the outside kitchen.
After having it four years, the U shaped dinnette isn't as important as we don't all fit around it anyway now. The other thing is that it also only allows the bathroom door to open a few inches with the slide in.
