600 is going to likely be to light. to the empty tongue weight ad the weight of propane (30-60lbs) battery(s) 60-120 lbs and your already near 600 lbs.
I'd go with 1000lb bars, Reese has a chart of weight range for bars and IIRC 1000lb bars would cover 600-1000lbs.
