- So I'm still leaning towards something smaller... 16-18', single axle, 7' wide. Going this route allows for a smaller tow vehicle, should I ever decide to get another vehicle (for daily driver duties)
The Coachmen Viking models have slightly larger tank capacities. They also have much nicer cabinet doors, which don't flex when you open them like the doors do in the Salem Cruise Light.
I like the cargo door at the lower bunk on the Coachmen Viking 17BH.
The other Forest River units don't have that.
The door, plus the flip up lower bunk greatly increases the versatility of this model.
The water heater doesn't eat up under-bed storage space like it does on the others.
Of all the small trailers I've looked at, the only one with enclosed tanks is the Forest River Sonoma. It's also a hard-sided unit, and more money than I want to spend. - Previous post edited for better clarity (last two paragraphs)

A 16-17' with a wet bath. We'd like a used one so we can give having a TT a try without breaking the bank. If we could, we'd rent one but that seems to not be an option.
The only one with a Wet Bath I have seen is a small toy hauler that Freedom RV has.
Check out the Coachmen 17 series trailers.
There's the
17BH, (front full size bed, rear bunks
17RD: Front bed, mid bath, rear dinette
17FQ: Front Queen, mid kitchen/dinette, good size rear bath with it's own sink.
Also, 16B: front bed
Freedom RV has all the above in stock.
Across the freeway, BlueDog and RVs Northwest have the same floorplan as the 17BH.
BlueDog has the Forest River/ Grey Wolf or Wolf Pup, Forest Rover/Salem Cruise Lite.
Nextdoor at RVs Northwest, they have the Forest River/Wildwood.
I really can't stand RVs Northwest because the receptionist pretty much won't let you past the front desk until a salesman comes over to the front door.... and forget about going outside to look at the RVs without an escort, unless you somehow manage to get in the front door and avoid the receptionist, and skirt your way around behind the floor models undetected by the sales people. LOL- billyray50ExplorerSold my 1998 Lance 990 legend a year ago exactly and bought a new TT for our long seasonal summer and fall stay in upstate New York. Now looking at a newer TC for quick trips. Do not like towing our 37 foot TT allover the country anymore. Keeping TT in upstate NY and will travel with TC. Best of both worlds..

What size do you have in mind? Are you in the Spokane area as well?
Yes, we are.
What size TT are you looking to get?

So I spent far too much time browsing online and at a few dealers.
Spokane/Post Falls, CD'A is like the RV capital of the Inland Northwest.
We've visited them all but are reluctant to plop down $18-24k on a new trailer.

We'd like a 16-17' with a wet bath. And yes, we are in Spokane area. Geewizard wrote:

There's very few used small ones on the market, either from a dealer or on Craigslist or RV Trader. Nice used T@B in Lewiston but no bathroom or shower....a must-have for us.
DITTO!! I've been scouring Craigslist, even using a 500 mile search radius using Search Tempest - Craigslist search engine
I've mostly been on Craigslist to get an idea of earlier model floor plans and pricing info. Hard to do when there's so few small used ones out there.
Bathroom and shower is a must have for me too, and not a wet bath. From what I have seen so far, wet baths in tiny trailers are even small than the wet batch in my AF811 truck camper.
