Who checks their oil?
After doing an oil change? Do ya dump in the reccomended amount of oil, put the cap on, slam the hood down and takeoff? Or do you check to make sure it reads right on the dipschtick?

I change the oil on my family vehicles. I also maintain the public works trucks and police fleet (about 12 vehicles total) in the small town I work for so I am changing oil on something regularly. I have often forget to check the oil level after a change but luckily nothing bad has become of it.
