I got some water in my 97 ctd but it wasn't enough to set off the WIF light. I found it when I did a routine filter change. I've been bit in the @ss by changing filters by DP only. The media can break down and get holes from wear and tear (or whatever) and can't show up as DP. I used to use very expensive compressed air filters (in pharma) and the mfgr advertised to change at 10 psi DP. After about 4 years, the laser partical counts in the production rooms went thru the roof and the filter was the first place I looked. The media was eaten up by bacteria and falling apart. The housings had DP gauges but of course there was no DP. I reported it to the mfgr and guess what... they started recommending to change at least yearly, in their literature after that. Filters aren't a good thing to put too much faith into. Do at your own risk. You know what they say... ignorance is bliss! Craig
