I also have been to Ocean Grove RV a number of times shopping. I looked very closely at a couple of their Lance models before I decided on the recently acquired Host Cascade. Ocean Grove is about an hour north from our place in Florida. I've talked to the sales people and they apparently give priority to customers who buy a camper from them, no matter how busy they are.
My brother in law and sister bought a Lance TC from Bankston in Huntsville and have had at least 2 significant delays with warranty work. I don't know how flexible Lance would be with third party warranty and repair, but that is pretty much what I have to deal with if my new camper needs a warranty fix.
