We bought our Accord 205 miles away. Bought our Ram 50 miles away. Plenty of dealers close buy. Have had them in for warranty work at local dealers without question. Bought our 5'er 300 miles away. Closest Northwood dealer is 50 miles away. Am I never suppose to buy a Northwood because there's no in town dealer? That's ridiculous. Bought out last TT in town. That dealer is now just a used RV dealer. IMO only under the worst case scenario's do you really need a dealer for major repair work during the warranty period. Most repairs are simple enough to DIY. I think too many get caught up in the paranoia about the few that post nightmare repair issues. Those aren't the norm.
