We just traded in a 2006 Coachmen 5th wheel, we maintained it very well, it had a 2 year old new roof, new tires, axles bearing had just be change to timkin, had installed a good surge protector, all new LED marker lights outside an LED's inside, we had just wanted something bigger to tour the county ...
We looked at a G384FLT at the Tacoma WA RV show and were sold the minute we walked into it, well built, no bing or fluff, just functional with the things you need ... Are old 5th wheel was on the lot not more than 4 days an was sold for 4k more than were got on trade which was 10k, we are now out an about enjoying the country an our new 5th wheel :)
Safe travels
