Why don't the manufacturers recommend LT tires??

I'm using Endurance ST tires. But a lot of people who I consider to be very smart use LT tires. So reasonable minds can differ on that point; the fact that so many smart folks use LT tires causes me...

Sorry for the confusion. The 100k was accumulated on half a dozen different 6,000 to 7,000 pound travel trailers and one fifth wheel trailer. My point was that if ST tires are a unreliable as some say, I should have had at least one failure in that time.
