According to the comments, it's from Krasnodar Krai, Russia. I always thought they all rolled around in Euro spec'd trucks on that side of the world, but this one couldn't be more American. It's got Dale Jr's signature on the side lol. At the beginning of the video, there's another NA Volvo that rolls by.
