We get ups and fedx deliveries all the time and they don't shut them down.
Very interesting on the EPA regs. Lots of exemptions. I never saw them before. I was just interested in seeing it in print. Most places it doesn't apply if running your A/C. I see they even have some exemptions more than 25 miles from a truck stop. Living in the rural country you just don't hear about that stuff.
