Why is it so hard to find a good used Suburban 2500

I have a 2006 Yukon XL 2500 2wd. It’s a hard decision to sell it even though I don’t need it anymore. The wife and I love the thing. It’s only a 6.0 with 160k on it but it runs like new and rides nice. The payload sticker says 2695. Yep, 2695.
