So, until just now, I missed the part that you are going to DRIVE to Ontario Canada to have this CanAM RV hitch installed? If you have to go to that extreme, does that even make sense? I could not imagine being so close on weight that I would go OUT OF THE COUNTRY to have my vehicle set up, just so I can "hopefully", pull what I think I want.
Is THAT what you're contemplating?
So here's a question. In general terms. Ask your insurance company if they will cover you for an accident, if after the accident investigation, it was concluded that you exceeded one of the measurable weight calculations or manufacturers recommended capacities?
