The hitch fabrication is not rocket science. Basically Can Am extends existing. Hitches forward towards the rear axle...they would tie the support to the rear axle sub frame.
Anyway, here are some pictures. Specifically, this is of a Dodge Grand Caravan with a modified hitch similar to mine on my Town & Country (mine is not modified)


This will enhance the receiver substantially and make WD adjustment easier since the receiver will not be flexing any more.
I am still noodling doing this to my receiver since my awesome PUP is a little tongue heavy.
The Navigator is a fantastic TV. Wide footprint...advanced independent suspension. It's great.
