Wife and I looking for a small travel trailer..Need help

My wife and I are looking to buy a small trailer just for us. We have never owned one so I am hoping you can tell me what to look for or avoid.

I live in Oregon. Rough roads and wet, wet, wet!

Looking for an under 19', $20,000ish, double axle, lightweight, full queen size bed, bathroom opposite end from bed, cold weather (so I can take it hunting) prepped, hitch towable, and long lasting unit.

So..Any brands to avoid or to look at? Options to avoid? Options I want? Any help much appreciated.

Thanks!

Sure it does. Lance is a great 4 Season trailer!

But the recommendations of the people above speak loud and clear.
  • Start with apache camping center or Curtis trailers looking for a used Nash or Arctic fox. They made a 19 b that was a decent floor plan for two
  • For a great value in a rugged, well-made, 4-season trailer for 2 people, I don't think you can do better than the Arctic Fox 22G or 22H models. Made in Oregon by Northwood Manufacturing. My wife and I have been very happy with our 22H for over 8 years. It is 24' from hitch-ball to rear bumper. I don't think your Tundra would have a problem towing it. Here is a link.

  • Insulation, heated tanks and water lines and large, 2 X 10 gal or more propane tanks. Buy a Onan generator, they are very quiet and put it in the pickup bed. Brands I'd go with Northwood lightweight 18 ft. Solid company, good trailers and we own a Northwood Arctic Fox. You get what you pay for.

Did I miss that "Tundra" part, or was that an edit???

    Never mind...

I'd still like to hear a target weight though, if you have one...
